About the position

As a Team Leader, you will lead and develop a team of employees where you are responsible for customer relations and lead the team that manages the outdoor environment for the client – from yards, gardens, and pathways to entrances and green areas. This is a job that requires both practical maintenance and strategic planning.

You will have a combination of operational and administrative responsibilities, where you work closely with the team in the field and create structure in the office. You will be responsible for planning and following up on projects, budgets, and results, creating smooth workflows, and maintaining close communication with clients and subcontractors. Who are you?

• You have completed garden education and deep plant knowledge.
• At least two years of experience in leadership.
• Experienced in estimating jobs and planning projects.
• Structured, results-oriented, and skilled at juggling multiple tasks.
• Confident leader who creates engagement and a pleasant work environment.
• Combines quality thinking with cost awareness and efficiency.
• Positive team player with a valid driver's license.
